Charlton Athletic are second favourites to be relegated from the Championship this season, despite making seven signings so far this summer, according to the latest bookmakers odds.
The South London club, who finished 12th in the Championship last season, are 3/1 to go down this year according to Bet365, Bet Victor, Betway and a number of other betting sites.
SkyBet and Paddy Power are currently offering slightly better odds of 9/4 and 11/4 respectively.
The favourites for relegation from the Championship are Rotherham, who are in some places as short as 11/8 for the drop.
This news comes despite the Addick announcing the signing of Sporting Lisbon defender Naby Sarr on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old centre-back, who signed for an undisclosed fee, is a French U21 international and joins Zakarya Bergdich, Cristian Ceballos, Ahmed Kashi, Simon Makienok, El Hadji Ba and Patrick Bauer in arriving at The Valley this summer.
Meanwhile, the club have announced that forward Piotr Parzyszek has joined Danish side Randers on a season-long loan.
The Poland U21 international, who spent last season on loan at Belgian club Sint-Truiden, has made just one substitute appearance for the Addicks since arriving in January 2014.
Charlton are currently preparing to face Bolton Wanderers in their last pre-season fixture this Friday. They begin their 2015/16 Championship campaign at home against QPR on August 8th.
